Responsibilities and Guidelines to Follow

Last updated March 15, 2024

Vehicle Damages

If customers are found responsible for any damages caused to the rental vehicle during their rental period (including scratches, dents, or other physical harm), it may result in additional charges or compensation against the overall damage value.

Torn Seats: Customers should avoid tearing or damaging the seats. If any seat damage occurs, charges will apply.

Interior Cleanliness: Keep the interior of the vehicle clean and tidy. Excessive dirt, stains, or spills may result in additional cleaning fees. Avoid leaving excessive trash or spills.

Health and Safety

Sickness or Discomfort

Customers should seek medical attention and promptly notify the chauffeur and Elite Car Services (Limo Company) if they feel unwell during the ride or overall rental period.

The chauffeur will take appropriate action, such as stopping the vehicle or seeking medical assistance. If necessary, inform the Elite Car Services – limo company promptly (Phone: +1 703 597 5752).

Accident or Other Incidents

Ensure Safety: First and foremost, the chauffeur will ensure the safety of passengers. If possible, move away from traffic.

Hazard Lights: The chauffeur should turn on hazard lights to alert other drivers on the road.

Check for Injuries: Assess if anyone is injured. Call emergency services immediately (dial 911 in the USA) or contact local police.

Administer First Aid: If possible, administer first aid to the chauffeur if they are hurt.

Document Details: Take photos of the accident scene, including damage to the rental vehicle and other vehicles involved. Note down license plate numbers and contact details of other drivers.

Notify the Rental Company: Report the accident to the Elite Car Services – limo company promptly – Phone: +1 703 597 5752. Follow their specific guidelines for towing, repair, and paperwork.

Alcohol Consumption

Consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Chauffeurs will not operate the vehicle if passengers are intoxicated.

Courtesy to Chauffeur

Being courteous to your driver ensures an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Limousine services aim for luxury, relaxation, and comfort, so respectful behavior is key.

Respect the driver’s wishes regarding food or beverages in the vehicle, as they are ultimately responsible for its upkeep.

Refrain from offensive behavior and present yourself respectfully during the ride.

Environmental Responsibility

Be mindful of the environment.

Avoid littering and dispose of trash responsibly.

Follow green practices.
